Your right to know who sees your data
Under applicable data protection law including GDPR, India's DPDP Act, South Africa's POPIA, Nigeria's NDPR, and Kenya's Data Protection Act you have the right to know the categories of recipients your personal data is shared with, and in some cases to request the specific identities of those recipients.
This page fulfils that obligation by listing the categories of partners Aveka shares data with, the purpose of each sharing, and the legal basis. It also tells you how to request the specific partner details for your case.
No data is shared without a valid legal basis. Aveka does not sell personal data. No partner has been granted access to student data for independent commercial purposes unrelated to the financing facilitation workflow.
